German Chowder
ingredients:
   16oz bag coleslaw
   32oz chicken broth
   1med onion (diced)
   package of 5 brats/boiled in beer to cover
   packet of instant mashed potato flakes
   3 cups milk
   1 cup shredded swiss cheese
   dash of parsley
   salt and pepper
   dash of extra virgin olive oil
Prepare the brats in the beer until
cooked through. Cool. Cut lengthwise
and then into bite size pieces.

Sauté the diced onion in the olive oil in
a soup pan until soft. Add the chicken
broth and the coleslaw mix. Boil at
medium-high heat for twenty minutes.

Stir in mashed potato flakes, milk, brat
bites, parsley, salt, (lots of) pepper,
and the swiss cheese. Simmer until
cheese in melted.
